Visiting the vet
All consultations are by appointment only: please tell the receptionist which vet you would like to see, and which animal(s) you are bringing for treatment.

Emergencies

If your pet is involved in an accident or requires immediate attention, please call the surgery on
01935 816228 so that we can staff and equipment ready for your arrival.

We operate a 24 hour service: out of normal hours your call will be answered and a member of our veterinary team will arrange to see you at the practice if considered necessary.

House Calls
We are happy to make house calls if requested. However, if your pet is seen at the practice we have better resources to hand with which to make a full examination and administer treatment.

Advice
Whilst we are very happy to give telephone advice it is always preferable for us to see your pet. Different conditions often share similar signs and without examination it can be very hard to distinguish between them.

Fees
Payment is required either at the time of treatment or after a course of treatment, and can be made by cash, cheque, and credit or debit card.
